Boring, but not bored
Hello everyone.
Sorry for the delay in updates, but we have been quite busy. Since Albequerque, NM we have been visiting a string of friends. We are currently in San Francisco visiting our dear friend Alys and are leaving today to make our way towards Oregon to spend time with another dear friend, Meg. She will be the last friend we visit before heading back to the East Coast. I am sure we will have some free time once we reach....Nebraska?
Now, it's time to hit the road again!

Hi Beth
This is your mom's friend, George. Just thought I would let you know that the "oil rig" you saw in Oklahoma, is truly an oil rig. I have seen many of them in Michigan. Apparently, although they are not like the normal oil rigs you think of, they are used to pump oil out of the ground and into tanks.
Sounds like you are having a great time. Hope to meet you whne you finally come home. Be safe.
